'Rasul Melayu' case: Jais wins appeal to reinstate provision
The Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) today won an appeal against a High Court ruling that struck down a provision in the Syariah Criminal Procedure (Selangor) Enactment 2003 (SCPE) as being unconstitutional.
