EC: Unfavourable weather responsible for low turnout

JOHOR BY-ELECTIONS | The number of voters who fulfilled their responsibilities in today’s by-elections was relatively low due to unfavourable weather conditions, said Election Commission chairperson Abdul Ghani Salleh.
