Govt setting up committee to monitor Budget 2024 disbursement

BUDGET 2024 | A budget monitoring committee will be established to ensure allocations are well disbursed for the people’s benefit, said Deputy Finance Minister Ahmad Maslan.

He said the committee will be headed by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, who is also the finance minister, and the members will include Deputy Finance Minister Steven Sim, Treasury secretary-general Johan Mahmood Merican, and himself.
