Court strikes out Harapan's challenge on PN's victory in Suka Menanti

The Election Court has struck out Pakatan Harapan’s petition seeking to annul Perikatan Nasional’s victory in the Suka Menanti seat during the state election in Kedah.

Alor Setar High Court judge Quay Chew Soon this morning allowed the Election Commission’s (EC) preliminary objection against the election petition by Harapan candidate Zamri Yusuf.
