Join Malaysiakini's public forum on Madani govt's first anniversary

Malaysiakini will host a public forum on the first year of the Anwar Ibrahim administration on Monday (Nov 27).

The event titled “One Year of Madani Government: What’s Next?” will examine the Anwar administration’s reform efforts, economic policies, and missed opportunities.

Confirmed speakers are Sisters in Islam executive director Rozana Isa, political scientist Wong Chin Huat, independent analyst P Gunasegaram, and veteran journalist R Nadeswaran.

Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (Ideas) senior manager Aira Azhari will moderate the session.

The venue is sponsored by the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall (KLSCAH) and will kick off at 7.30pm.

Forum participants will be eligible for a two-week free subscription to Malaysiakini.
