Cop to be charged with murder over hit-and-run which killed teen

A senior police officer who was involved in a hit-and-run which killed a teenage motorcyclist in Perak will be charged with murder.
The Attorney-General's Chambers in a brief statement said there was sufficient evidence and testimony to justify the murder charge under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
