Ex-vice-chancellor dies days after power abuse acquittal

Former Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (Upsi) vice-chancellor, Zakaria Kasa, 67, who was acquitted and discharged of abusing his power by the Court of Appeal in Putrajaya on Thursday (Feb 15), passed away today due to heart disease.
