Ramadan bazaars: DBKL to ban traders who sublet licences
Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will be cracking down on traders who "rent" their Ramadan bazaar lot permits and trading licences to third parties.
Azman Abidin, the prime minister's political secretary who oversees the Federal Territories, said those caught would be banned from doing business in the capital "forever".
