At bumiputera congress, Ramanan tells govt to focus on upskilling all races

The government should focus on building talent in all races to compete globally as human capital is the biggest asset of any country, Deputy Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister R Ramanan said.

He added that Malaysia should not lag behind other countries in vying for such talent.
