Umno Youth calls for detailed review of vernacular education system

With rising polarisation in the country, Umno Youth chief Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh called for the government to conduct a detailed evaluation of the vernacular education system.

As such, Akmal called on the government to relook into the vernacular schools’ education ecosystem by inculcating nationalistic aspects, while strengthening its students' command of the Malay language.
