KK Mart sues socks supplier for at least RM38m
KK Supermart & Superstore Sdn Bhd has filed a lawsuit against the local company supplier Xin Jian Chang Sdn Bhd and its director Soh Chin Huat which supplied the socks bearing the Allah inscription.
The cumulative claims in the lawsuit for brand damage and an aborted listing on the stock exchange amount to no less than RM38 million.
