Recording raid case: Activist's bid to strike out charge will resume on May 7
The hearing for activist Wong Yan Ke's bid to strike out a charge of resisting a police order to cease a live recording during a raid almost four years ago is set to continue on May 7.
Magistrate Shahril Anuar Ahmad Mustapa set the date after Wong's lawyer requested a time extension to read through deputy public prosecutor Asma Zamri's written submission.
