Reading the news today, it might appear to some that Malaysians are becoming more and more divided.

Malaysiakini wants to show that's not true.

We're launching the "Our Muhibah Story" photo campaign to showcase on social media Malaysians of different races and religions coming together, be it for a celebration, helping one another in times of need, or just enjoying everyday life together.

Send us a photo at [email protected] of yourselves with your friends or family of diverse backgrounds and tell us the story behind the photo in 100 words or fewer.

Selected participants will get a one-month free subscription to Malaysiakini.

The campaign will run until May 17.
