Salary no longer top reason why employees leave - survey

A survey of over 2,800 professionals and employers in Malaysia has found that salary packages are no longer the primary factor for employees choosing to remain with a company.
The 2024 Hays Asia Salary Guide, which polled 2,014 skilled professionals and 832 employers in Malaysia, revealed that a desire to seek new challenges has surpassed low salary packages as the main reason employees want to leave their jobs across Asia.
