Zayn Rayyan murder case my 'debt' to people, says CID chief
Bukit Aman has never closed its investigations surrounding the murder of Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin whose body was found near his home in Kuala Lumpur, a day after the six-year-old autistic boy was reported missing last December.
Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department director Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said the case is still active and the department is always looking for new leads.
