Man to be re-charged tomorrow over Agong photo at KKB polls
A man will be brought before the Kuala Kubu Baharu Magistrate's Court tomorrow to be re-charged in relation to an incident involving the displaying of a photo of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong during the by-election campaign there.
This followed on the heels of the Shah Alam High Court today nullifying his conviction and sentencing, due to P Ramasamy’s (not to be confused with the former Penang deputy chief minister of the same name) guilty plea being “equivocal” as he did not understand the nature and consequences of the offence.
