IGP: Papers sent to AGC after probe into alleged assault on e-hailing driver
Investigation papers have been sent to the Attorney-General’s Chambers after the completion of the probe into allegations by a hearing-impaired e-hailing driver that he was assaulted by an escort for Johor Regent Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim.
In a text message to the media, Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain said 12 individuals had been summoned in the investigation.
