US$346m jewellery suit: Rosmah undertakes to not deal with items
Rosmah Mansor has given an undertaking to the Kuala Lumpur High Court not to move or deal with several handbags, jewellery and other items potentially targeted by 1MDB’s US$346 million (RM1.63 billion) lawsuit against her.
Her counsels Reza Raim and Muhammad Shafee Abdullah gave the undertaking to civil court judge Adlin Abdul Majid concerning the lawsuit over jewellery and other luxury goods allegedly bought with embezzled funds from the sovereign wealth fund.
