Perak govt urged to gazette Kg Kenang native lands

The Orang Asli community of Kampung Kenang in Jalong Tinggi, Sungai Siput (U), is urging the Perak government to gazette the native customary lands they have cultivated in the area.

Kampung Kenang customary land action committee spokesperson Itam Dol Busu said that since 2003, there have been numerous attempts to buy or transfer ownership of the land they have occupied and cultivated.
