MAHB takeover offer set to be finalised in Q3: MOF

The takeover offer for Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) is expected to be finalised in the third quarter of this year and will require the approval of at least 90 percent of MAHB’s existing shareholders, the Finance Ministry said.

The ministry also emphasised that since the offer is a commercial transaction, it has no financial implications for the government.
