Cameron Highlands council demolishes Santorini-inspired attraction

The Cameron Highlands District Council (CHDC) demolished an illegal Santorini-inspired tourist attraction yesterday because it did not get approval from the authorities.
According to a post on its Facebook page, the CHDC said the enforcement action carried out against Cameron Santorini was done in accordance with Section 70 (1) Construction without Approval under Act 133 of the Roads, Drains and Buildings Act 1974.
