Socso urges more athletes to contribute to self-employed social security scheme
Socso has called for more athletes nationwide to participate in the Self-Employed Social Security Scheme (SKSPS), whether independently or through their employers.
Socso chairperson Subahan Kamal said as of Aug 9, the agency had recorded 679,830 active contributors to SKSPS, with 30,179 of them from Kelantan.
He noted that to date, only 3,192 athletes are contributing to SKSPS, with just two from Kelantan.
