Muhyiddin fails to get passport for wedding anniversary do in Uzbekistan

Former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin has failed in his bid for a temporary release of his passport to go to Uzbekistan with his wife to celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary.

Sessions Court judge Azura Alwi dismissed Muhyiddin’s application because the reasons given were unreasonable.

“The applicant can still go on holiday and celebrate any event, but not abroad,” she said.
