Look into team's mental well-being, IGP urges officers

Inspector-General of Police Razarudin Husain has urged police officials, particularly supervisors, to be more vigilant and attentive to any shifts in the mental well-being of their subordinates.
He said this when touching on behavioural and psychological changes among police personnel during the force’s monthly assembly today.
“Mental health is a broad and subjective issue that can affect anyone. The outdated notion that only those who are ‘mentally ill’ need to seek counselling must be discarded.
