PN MP referred to Parliament committee for 'racist speech'

PARLIAMENT | Chong Zhemin (Harapan-Kampar) submitted a motion to refer Wan Razali Wan Nor (PN-Kuantan) to the Parliamentary Rights and Freedoms Committee for allegedly issuing racist statements and misleading the Dewan Rakyat.

Chong said the submission was made to the Dewan Rakyat speaker’s office following Wan Razali’s statement on the recent incident in Teluk Intan where China’s national flag was flown during a procession.
