Putin says Russian culture being 'cancelled' like JK Rowling

President Vladimir Putin yesterday accused the West of trying to cancel Russia's rich musical and literary culture, including composers Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Sergei Rachmaninov.

He accused them of doing so in the same way he said they cancelled "Harry Potter" author JK Rowling.
